This year's convention features an exceptional lineup of sessions designed to enhance your knowledge and skills. Engaging speakers will cover a variety of critical topics in optometric care, including neuro-optometry, pediatrics, glaucoma, new technologies, pain management, retinal disease, AMD and more.

Registration Information:

 

Regular Registration Deadline: September 16, 2024

 

Registration Options:

  • Full Registration, includes all education and meals (you must still check off each class and meal you plan to attend).
  • Partial Registration, allows you to choose courses and meals individually. If the individual courses you are taking cost more than the full registration, you should choose full registration and just check off the courses/meals you are attending.

  • Mohammad Rafieetary O.D., Charles Retina Institute, Adjunct faculty for the Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, TN.
  • Brad Sutton, O.D., Clinical Professor—Indiana University School of Optometry and Chief of Service at the Indianapolis Eye Care Center.
  • James Thimons, O.D., Co-founder of Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut, Meriden, CT.
  • Marty Williamson, O.D.Residency trained Optometrist with Gundersen Health Systems in La Crosse, WI region.

Education:

This dynamic line-up of speakers will present 24 hours of quality continuing education approved by the Wisconsin Optometry Examining Board, including: 3 hours neuro optometry (NO), 1 hour systemic disease (SD), 3 hours glaucoma (GL), 12 hours treatment and management of ocular disease (TD), 2 hours functional vision/pediatrics (FV) and 3 hours pharmacology (PH). 24 hours approved by the Wisconsin Optometry Examining Board. 22 hours COPE accredited pending.

Hotel Information/Room Reservations:

There WOA room block at the Kalahari Resort was released on Monday, August 26, 2024, after which the group rates will not be honored.
